The last time Ohio State and Indiana played with both teams being undefeated was 1954. The Hoosiers always play us tough and tend to score more points than I think they should. I see not reason for this game to be any different.

Alabama has a test this weekend. Unfortunately it is not the final exam, hell, its not even the mid-term. It looks like the question is, can Alabama stop Chubb and not turn the ball over. We have to make UGA pass and not turn the ball over. Then we need to score a few points. Sounds easy enough....right?

Kp, there will be a lot of tests between now and the playoffs. That's what makes college football so great. Too many things are unpredictable!

They can score points, but they also will give up a bunch. They've been winning with smoke and mirrors. That's why you don't hear a big roar from Hoosier Nation. Everybody's asking, how many days 'til basketball season? They know that once the B10 schedule gets underway, the bubble will burst.

    No worries, Don. Trust me.

By the way, I'm not above trying to misdirect an opponent by playing possum, but that definitely is not the case here. :D

The Gators play Ole Miss and are a substantial underdog.

I won't be able to see that game and I will be held captive by my wife in France. :)

I think the Gators will cover the spread, but they probably just don't have enough offense to win.

Lot of really excellent games this week, and as we get into the meat of peoples schedules the undefeated ranks will start to thin out.

WVa at OU ...somebody will get their first loss.
Ohio State at IU ...another first loss for somebody.
Ole Miss at Fla ...first loss coming up.
Notre Dame at Clemson....first loss for somebody.

    Other Big Games

Miss State at Texas A&M ....Bulldogs were close to being undefeated.
Texas at TCU ...This could be a high scoring game, neither team has much of a defense and well TCU does have a Sr. QB who is awesome.
Alabama at Georgia...Bama can't afford another loss. Dawgs look great, they found a QB in that transfer and Chubb is a great RB. Tide has it's own great RB, but still searching for the answer at QB.
Texas Tech at Baylor...offensive explosion for sure. Baylor is the pick though, they may actually have a defense.

    Sid,

A good challenge for Notre Dame with Clemson, should be a good game. My buckeyes played better Saturday, but I do not think the Hoosiers will be a push over, despite the spreqd, especially at home in Bloomington!

Don, I would bet that there will be more OSU fans that IU fans in the stadium.

    HA!

Ironically, Kesley and I were "debating" what's worse:
The cowbells, or the FSU chant.
Kes sides with the Semi-holes, I go with the bells.

    Noisemakers should NOT be allowed...

I can't imagine many worse tortures than listening to 4 hours of fsu chanting. Of course, i wouldn't volunteer for 4 hours of cow bells either.

I've endured all those, the Auburn thing is the worst.
