    I wonder how all those kids who are coming back for their 2nd year under Charlie feel about him calling them a pile of crap.

    That was one of the bigger faults, amongst many, that Charlie had at ND. He never knew when to shut up. He never met a microphone he didn't like, and he didn't like giving it up. Maybe it was all those years when he was a Pro asst and was not allowed to talk to the press.

    The Irish are still paying him so I guess he figures he has talk 2x as much to justify two exorbitant salaries.
