    Lawmakers are looking at a couple of ways to get americans buying cars again.

    1. Make new car costs deductable above the line.
    2. Rebates for old cars.

    Interesting. I'll be in the market for a new car next year. #1 would be of interest to me, my current car wouldn't qualify for #2 though.
