Braxton Miller looked like a different player today, much more confident and certainly able to move the offense. His two TDs through the air to another freshman receiver Smith.

Jordan Hall had a good day and Ohio State was able to run straight up the field with some good offensive line blocking.

Defense was aggressive and held the Buffaloes at bay in the early going and looked more like Ohio State of the past.

One more game to go prior to getting the five suspended players back.

Tough games ahead in the conference schedule, but I feel better after todays win.

Don, happy for the win, but we've got much work to do on offense with the young QB before can be contenders in the conference. Getting Boom, Posey and Adams back will be a big plus, but.....by far my greatest concern right now is on defense. Offense is pretty much as expected, but I anticipated a much better defense. I realize we're missing Nate Williams and he is a difference maker, but we'll need alot more out of these guys.....

I can never remember seeing more tackles missed in back to back games than we've had in the last two. One of the primary reasons we have fielded great defenses consistently - besides having fine athletes -is that we have always been very sound fundamentally. I have always believed that Buckeye defenses consistently tackled as well as any in the country and our perennial rankings at the top in terms of big plays against validated the point.

Moeller, Klein and Sweat each missed multiple tackles and the LB's especially look a step slow to me.....I expect one of the youngsters to step in as soon as they can be trusted not to get lost on the field.....

    Buckeye Terry,

Can not disagree with any of your observations.

Sparty will be difficult for us to overcome Saturday.
