Watched the game. Browns played a pretty good and gutsy game. Jif and Brady were gifted the game in the final minute of play; http://msn.foxsports.com/nfl/story/pereira-no-that-definitely-was-not-pass-interference-120813?cmpid=tsmtw:fscom:NFLonFOX http://sports.yahoo.com/blogs/nfl-shutdown-corner/nfl-week-14-winners-losers-patriots-gifted-win-034218399--nfl.html?vp=1 But hey, that's football. Browns still got down to the 40 to try an unsuccessful 59 yd. field goal (starting with no timeouts and only 30 sec. left. Got about 5 plays off.) Much more important and unfortunate is the loss of Gronkowski for the season to an ACL. Possible just another victim of the rules change making defenders go low.
Things even up in the NFL...Pats were on the wrong side of 2 calls earlier this year....and yes, they are protecting heads, but poor Gronk. Boyce coming along strong end of season.
excuse me :?: are you seeing the job Brady is doing this year with 3/4 of the guys who started the season either on IR...or missing many games? well...yes I suppose you can credit Bill B. for that.
Everybody has to deal with injuries Joel, back when Charlie was their the Pats still had to deal with injuries. Rings with Charlie =3, Rings in the 10 years since Charlie left = 0 Charlie is a flop as a college head coach no doubt. But I find it interesting that Brady hasn't won a ring since Charlie left...10 years Joel, 10 Years. Montana won rings with different Head Coaches, different coordinators, oh and Joe has a Nat'l Championship ring as well..how many of those does Brady have?
My good doc...This would be year 8 if Brady does not get a ring( in a row). ( not 10). Now close does not count...but if Eli had not thrown 2 Hail Marys ...Brady would have 5 rings! Now pay attention..If Brady plays 4 more years, he will win 2 more rings...he will then be the youngest and oldest to get rings!
LOL...is Charlie coming back? That's the only way he gets another ring! How many Nat'l Championships did he win at Michigan? Joe only won 1 at Notre Dame, of course he beat the #1 ranked team in their home bowl to do it, and they had a Heisman winnner and Hall of Fame (NFL and College) player at TB!! If he doesn't win it this year you've already laid out your excuse, are you working on next years excuse?
