Will Brady be prosecuted for destroying evidence? Sounds like he should be.

What about the 2 equipment guys fired by the Pat, JIF. If they didn't do anything wrong why did the Pats fire them? And how come they don't get lawyers to stick it to the Pats?

I am not so sure it will stand up. A lot of what I have read think that Brady will get an injunction.

    But we will see.

The whole destroying a cellphone every 8 months or so sounds really fishy.

    I obviously have mixed emotions.

That's why it caught my eye. I wonder if Joel read it.

I think the best case senario for football is that Brady gets his injunction and then plays the season and then right before the playoffs the Judge rules against him and the suspension goes immediately into effect ruling Brady out for the Playoffs/Super Bowl!!!

Again, this could all have been avoided if Brady had simply complied with the initial investigation. He contradicted himself, he refused to be interviewed and he destroyed his own phone.

He deserves what he got for being a sneaky bastard more than for what he is accused of. He needs to drop this now.

<t>He just needs to shut up and....whatever. I think it may backfire against him if he goes the route he says is will now. Better to miss the first four than 4 at the end. I really would prefer he play when they play my Colts early in the season though. Payback. A. Luck and the boys will be waiting.</t>

Brady reminds me of Lois Lerner. She deleted her emails, he destroyed his cell phone. They both proclaimed their innocence and whine that there is no evidence that they did anything wrong. She eventually lost her job. He's getting a virtual wrist slap.
They both got legal advice to destroy the evidence. The plan was to ******** their way out.
