I'll start... so far South Carolina and Michigan are playing 'old timey' football. I'm not sure there's been a forward pass but there's a lot of defense. ND and LSU just kicked off. Looks like soggy conditions. WTF Florida? I thought you always had nice weather? Auburn up 3 on UCF. If UCF can't turn that into a track meet, I fear they are in trouble.
I don't see that difference in speed that the SEC prides itself on. UCF up a TD 10-3. In the Citrus Bowl, my dislike for Rod Gilmore is as real as it is irrational
Also, either ND doesn't run a real RPO or Wimbush makes the worst reads in option history. 3 times now, the entire LSU defense overloaded and sent the farm one way and Wimbush handed off into it, whereas if he pulled the ball out there was no one home.
If UCF wins, they are the Nat'l Champions! Come on, undefeated and playing in the bowl with a make shift staff. Frost was great to devote time to bowl prep, but still he has one foot out the door and Josh Heupel is there as well ...interesting to say the least.
Corey, He makes Harbaugh look the second coming of Tom Landry in terms of demeanor. Hope the NCAA allows Shea Patterson to be eligible next year or we are seriously ****** if Peters is our QB.
Yeah I was kinda thinking the same thing. This is just ridiculous. Fun side story is SBNation's Ryan Nanni playing the part of the Bloomin' Onion at the Outback Bowl. He actually launched a whole twitter campaign to get the gig. Considering he's an NYU Law Grad who writes about college football, I probably shouldn't be surprised. The big question is, can Michigan launch a come back drive and does Brian Kelly need QB drama to have a successful offense?
