Boo Spurrier?

    I for one would be appalled if any jerk in that stadium were to boo Spurrier today......

    Well I think that topic is proof that reality and the internet fans are not always one and the same. There was a significant minority posting how they would boo Spurrier.

    However he appeared along with a good number of the 96 team twice Sat, once in the O Dome to a full house then on the field before the game again along with the team members. I did not hear any boos either time. I think a lot of those people making the posts that they would boo either didn't have the courage to do so when the time came or more likely they may have been a significant minority of the folks posting on those topics but in very insignificant minority of the fans who attend the games.

    For which I am very gratified.
