    I wish they had gone a little further and banned FCS opponents completely. Some are calling this a Baylor rule. Next year Baylor plays a FCS opponent to open the season (Northwestern State) and then 2 Group of 5 opponents in SMU and Rice. They do have Duke on future schedules as well as Utah. But they continue to play a FCS opponent, which the new rule allows.
