The Orange and Fiesta seem to be pretty set. Wake and Louisville in the former and OU vs Boise St. in the desert. The best matchups for the other three IMHO are SC vs Mich in the Rose Bowl. This matchup never gets old ND vs LSU in the Sugar. Nothing like a neutral bowl site. OSU vs Fla. No offense to Mich. fans but at least we haven't seen this matchup before. I might tivo this game and slow it down. It might be too fast in normal time <G>
My brother has the solution. Crown OSU national champs and let Michigan and Florida play for second place. Silly, of course, but not completely illogical.
 What's all the arguing about around here? All will be revealed in several argument-ending bowl matchups: Ohio State- Florida Notre Dame-LSU Florida State-UCLA USC-Michigan Those four results should quiet things down until the recruiting frenzy in February... ...and we we got our Rose Bowl back...
Everybody has a good test there except I don't see FSU scoring on UCLA with that putrid offensive line the noles have. On paper I see LSU with a big edge on ND but I know not to count out the Irish in the Sugar Bowl .
8) Click here for all the matchups: http://www.usatoday.com/sports/college/football/bowls.htm Among my favorites... Miami vs. Nevada-Reno in the Boise Bowl Shivering on the blue carpet; in Idaho; in the middle of winter... Arizona State vs. Hawaii in the Hawaii Bowl Bring yer calculators... Oregon State vs. Missouri in the Sun Bowl This actually is a good game between two pretty good teams. San Jose State vs. New Mexico in the New Mexico Bowl Even their mothers won't watch. This is for hard-core football addicts only. BYU vs. Oregon in the Las Vegas Bowl Everybody wants to go to this game, but nobody wants to watch football.
Wisconsin - Arkansas should be a tussle. Penn St- Tenn seems tilted towards Tenn but you never underestimate JoePa in a bowl.\ Cinci just hired Brian Kelly from CMU so WMU won't catch a break from Cinci having a coach unfamiliar with their strategy.
