I've never had an ace. I've always wanted one. I'm sure it's the same with bowlers. There's that one goal that they've always wanted. So how sad is this? http://www.wzzm13.com/news/news_story.aspx?storyid=100829&catid=14
ummmmmmmm....I no longer want a hole in one!! Seriously that was sort of a bitter sweet story. He died doing something he loved and clearly it was one of those things where it was his time, if he hadn't been bowling he might have died just watching TV at home. Terry
I can't think of a better way to go than that. Most people die alone or in pain and suffering. This fellow died at the exact moment of his greatest personal triumph and among all of his friends, in celebration. Well done. sir.
I've had a 287 and several 279's but never that 300. Speaking of bowling, I've kind of hit a wall trying to come back from the knee thing. I'v off over 15 pins and kind of frustrated. But I still want that 300 and I'll take my chances!! About 3 hours until kickoff of Florida - Georgia, we'll be leaving here in about an hour and a half I guess.
