Vintage bean brawls.... pay special attention to NY Yankee Gerald Williams dropping Pedro right on top of the mound with a text book right cross. 8)

Let the hot stove warm us all

Robin Ventura vs Nolan Ryan is the all time best, Venturas head still hurts from the nuggies Ryan gave him. I note that Nolan was involved in another top 10 brawl...tough dude!!

But my favorite was Izzy kung fu kicking the catcher before he went after the pitcher!

"NY Yankee" Gerald Williams was wearing a Tampa Bay uni. I can understand the confusion, neither team having won a WS this century.

    How about that Armando Benitez?

    :D

Speaking of hotstove stuff...I see the Sox feel they are close to signing that Japanese rotoball pitcher and dumping Manny. Both would be huge deals for the Sox. I guess if they can dump Manny that will free up the money to pay the Japanese guy.

On the home front, I was shocked that Uncle Drayton ponied up the 100M to sign Carlos Lee, hope it works out!! I wonder how Lance Berkman feels about being the 2nd highest paid player on the roster. :)
