Holiday Bowl OSU vs Oregon. Could be a 45-44 game. Which is a typical Holiday Bowl!!

    Go OSU!!

Damn it's turning into a defensive struggle. The Oregon QB sucks, at least so far, he's very inaccurate. OSU running game is no where to be found and they were a good running team during the year.

Maybe fireworks will erupt in the 2nd half.

Well we got some fireworks in the 3rd Qtr. The Oregon QB started making some plays, mostly with his feet. OSU might be getting it's running game going. 28-24 Oregon. If the 4th qtr continues like this we could have that 45-44 game.

Well that sucks!!! I strongly dislike Oregon for many reasons!! But it was a good exciting game lots of big hits on both sides. A lot of Oregons were after the whistle and didn't get called. Zac Robinson was really hammered a couple of times late enough you'd think Mickey Andrews was coaching the Duck defense.

    Tom,

In all honesty, this is a rebuilding year for the Pac10. The top teams are good, one of them is great.. The middle was OK to pretty good and the bottom just sucked. I'm happy for the 3-0 bowl record so far. I hope they win out.

Something you don't see mentioned too often..

that QB that played last night for Oregon is, at best, their 3rd string QB. I know Mark May likes to throw that out there whenever someone tries to tell him that Boise State is good (they beat Oregon in Autzen earlier)..but somehow, come bowl time.. he's their #1.

This is the 2nd straight year Oregon has won their bowl game with the 3rd string QB. I am dying to know just how good this Nate Costa is! (He is their planned starter each of the past 2 years and blew out his knee just before the season)..

For all the huff and puff folks make out of their teams and their 'depth'.. You gotta wonder how many of them would be putting up 10 win seasons with their 3rd or 4th team QB starting for them.
