Congrats to the OSU fans and the B1G!!

Last nights domination has just cemented the B1G as a conference to be reckoned with.

As soon as Riley gets NU fixed, it looks like it'll be NU vs OSU/Mich in the conf title game for quite a while.

It's not that far away Dave. You need to work on your peripheral vision.

AJ it took someone as good as Urban Meyer for UF to compete and win the SEC at the beginning of the 7 year NC run by the conference.

Now Meyer is at at a loaded Ohio State and is only going to get better with recruiting after this title.

Now Jim Harbaugh is once again calling Ann Arbor home as well so really man.... I see winning the Big 10 as a very tall task for NU.

I see what I see AJ.....

And what everybody else saw with Ohio State last night.

For the first time in my adult life I can say these guys not only can play with the big boys hell they ARE the big boys.....

This is the first Buckeye team I have seen that would actually be the favorite next season to win the SEC..... much less the Big Ten.

    Meyer's "crowning" achievement.

Jeezus..... how in the hell do you go with a Qb like Jones who has never played and he pulls out three playoff games in a row?

    That was truly amazing.....

AJ.... I tell it like I see it.

At the end of the season.... this was the strongest Ohio State team I have seen top to bottom competing on a national scale.

They didn't need a pass interference call to dominate.

I doubt the B1G replaces the SEC, though the top B1G teams earned some respect in the Bowl season.

Terry.... if this Ohio State team competed at this same level next season there is no question they would favorably compete in the SEC..... perhaps even be the team to beat ( maybe...there's still Bama )....

Michigan State, Wisconsin and soon Michigan plus PennST and Neb add some depth.

It's not the SEC... yet.... ( maybe it is at the very top ).... but I see the Big 10 getting better and making progress.

    AJ,

Since you are the new guy on the block, just wanted to let you know that while I agree with your optimism about the B10's future, you still need to keep a really close eye on some of your conference "brothers". The link below shows that one of brudders is trying to claim a 1970 NC rightfully belonging to my Husker bro!

Why does Ohio State's SID need to do that? It's so lame. They have 6 legitimate national championships that they earned. Enjoy them and stop envying the size of other teams' proverbial penises. To try to claim two others that they didn't earn is just plain foolish.

AJ streaking the Box wearing only a B1G flag, Dave somehow manages to counter streak it with the SEC flag. Dave goes off on a delusional SEC mini-rant, AJ counters, and then Boba comes in to stir the pot between fellow B1G brothers Ohio State and Nebraska.... and I played ZERO part in any of this.

    Go on, continue.

If you understood what I was saying you would understand that I was being spot-on complimentary to the Big Ten and especially to Ohio State.

I have long not held those views about the Big 10 and as has much of the national media I have not been impressed in the past with the conference and with good reason.

I had Ohio State pegged in these playoffs as being a changed team and I do feel they will be here to stay and the Big 10 as a whole will be a better conference because of it.

I like many expect Jim Harbaugh to immediately upgrade Michigan to a highly competitive level so what I was saying to AJ is good luck winning a title in this new Big 10.
