A visit to the Dawgman site shows some AZ fans claiming a critical INT hit the ground and wasn't an INT, that the refs did them in....sounds familiar!
Saturday......... <t>I watched college football from 11:00 AM till the last tick of the GT/FS marathon and noticed yet again how poor the officiating is across the country. Even with solid replays they get them wrong.<br/> Sad for the game.</t>
I posted on the Arizona Scout board that Arizona needed to score enough to cover its own mistakes and the perceived mistakes of others. The Cats kicked three field goals and failed to convert one touchdown on a goal line stand. A better result in any of those situations and the game would have been put away. No one wants to talk about that, though. They prefer to scream "we wuz robbed" over two replay calls (and they were tough calls), rag on one player for a critical personal foul late in the game, and question the play calling on the final drive. I believe the correct term is "meltdown". Larry - I had U-Verse installed over the weekend. Amazingly good picture.
