I'm a slow learner. How do you re-size an image to meet the size requirements for an avatar for this site?

    Speak slowly....

Take your scissors and trim around the edges. :D

Seriously, it depends on what photo editing software you have on your computer...Photoshop Elements is what I use...

Or find a photo-posting site like Pbase.com and you can size it and link to it there.

If you don't have anything, email it to someone and they can resize it for you and email it back...I'd be glad to help out...or maybe it's easier for one of the moderators to help you out as they have for others in the past.

You should get Picasa a free program from Google, if you don't already have a photo editing program. You can use that to resize them. Or you can send them to one of us along with your pledge to do everything in your power to make sure that Roger resigns with the Astros!! :)

    George,

Just to make sure that you understand... You can not upload avatars to the site even though the option is there to do so. You must link to a picture that is accessable on the internet.

We do have webspace dedicated to the Skybox but only the moderators have access to that space. If you send it to us, we can edit and link it for you.
