Easy to see why the 70,000 seat Citrus Bowl had the second fastest sellout in it's history: http://www.cbssports.com/collegefootball/writer/jon-solomon/25418087/college-football-attendance-drops-for-5th-straight-year----at-lower-rate Michigan at #1 in attendance and UF at #9.... that combo sells some bowl tickets! Incidentally the fastest sellout in Citrus Bowl history? Mi. vs. Fla in 2007. Not to worry.... I did manage to get 4 tickets to the game at face value through the Gator ticket office.
Congratulations Dave, I will play devils advocate though and say that every resident of Michigan who has an operational vehicle seems to be in the state of Florida at the moment and Orlando is about the same distance from Gainesville as it is from Coral Gables to our home stadium at dolphin stadium. It's a home game for the Gators who will have issues outnumbering the Michigan residents visiting Florida. This coming from a Cane fan who is happy if we sell out to FSU once a year.....But truth is truth....
