I've said it before, McFadden is the best RB in the Country. The guy has break away speed only matched by Walker and Bo Jackson.

He had a better game vs Auburn than he did against Vandy?

If you don't count Utah State, that's his only game where he rushed for over 5 yards a carry.

He may be good like you say, but his numbers sure don't look like Hershel Walker's or a Bo Jackson's.

    all week

<t>I've had to endure cocky Auburn fans taunting me that ND isn't crap, USC isn't crap and the whole darned world isn't crap all because USC played a close game against WSU @WSU. (since Auburn whacked WSU down on the Plains)<br/>
    <br/>
I had tried warning/reminding them all that their next game was against an Arkansas team that was blasted by USC but did hang tough for most of the game. I anticipate a quiet week at work.</t>

I knew Auburn wasn't a #2 team when they struggled at So.Carolina. But I am still surprised that they let Arkansas with a rookie QB, a very good one, come into Jordan/Hare and beat them down.

I watched the game and Arkansas flat-out kicked their arse...

    Arkansas...

    Arkansas.......

The same Arkansas who quit on the field at the Coliseum just last year. Even USC's walk-ons drove the ball and scored against them...

Before the game, Auburn's coach was complaining and campaigning about how unfair the BCS was and hinting that his team should be playing for the national title...

    Arkansas...

The Razorbacks really came ready to play. I was surprised how easily they shredded and over powered the supposedly great Auburn defense.

Is that the same USC that almost got "Willingham-ed" yesterday?

To be fair this is not the same Ark team that USC played, they have a new QB and their Top RB is playing. Not saying Ark would beat USC, but that USC probably wouldn't beat them 56-14 right now.

<t>Get into that same team stuff. Hey anyone want any part of Cal right now after Tenn lit them up in week one? It's week to week and how we know things change.</t>

I agree that things change week to week and many teams improve dramatically as they go. Certainly Cal is a good example of that, having finally found a QB. But the Cal loss was at Tennessee, not Strawberry Canyon. Auburn was blown out at home after looking bad in their previous games against LSU and South Carolina. When is Auburn going to look good?

The SEC began the week with half the Top 10. Does that conference look that good? I don't think so. I think Tennessee and Florida look good and deserve to be in the Top 10. But Georgia, LSU and Auburn were all ranked up there too and I just don't see how that is possible. They aren't that good and Arkansas proved it. The Razorbacks are a bad team...
