Damn that's the best looking UPS car I've ever seen!

I would like to see Jeff Gordon get back on track and get the win!

Let me see, Tony Stewart has already been involved in three incidents but somehow it's always the other guys fault.

I just heard that he got put to the end of the pack for aggressive driving. He should be black flagged for the day.

    Bill,

I agree. He was the one that was so vocal about aggressive driving probably causing another death in this sport. Now he is the one being aggressive.

He should be pulled off the track and should sit out the next two races as well. There is no call for idiotic moves like his.

Tom, I think Stewart has always been over aggressive that's why I was so shocked about his comments about aggressive driving.

Now he leaves the pit and runs over a jack in his pit and almost injured one of his crew. He's been penalized to the back of the pack again, the second time today.

How many times until they make him call it a day?

Jimmy Johnson wins, only problem I have is that Stewart finished so high. He intentionally hit more than one car after complaining all week about contact that so much contact might cause serious injury.

Little E wound up ith a top 10 finish... sixth I believe. If he can average that kind of finish he will do well in the run for the championship.

Tony Stewart is the best race car driver alive, hands down. He can run and win in anything from a soap box derby car to Iroc to Indy to Nascar to dirt tracks

By the way, didn't Big E earn his nickname driving the same way?

No doubt Stewart is a great driver. But to open your mouth and then race the way he did today makes him look bad. I bet Joe Gibbs cringes everytime Tony opens his mouth.

I don't think Gibbs minds very much. Stewart is his meal ticket...

    Birthday: May 20, 1971
    Hometown: Columbus, Ind.

Tony Stewart holds 10 racing championships, including two on the NASCAR Cup circuit. Stewart won five races in 2005 and led all Nextel Cup drivers in top-fives (17) and top-10s (25) en route to winning his second title in four years.

Stewart has amassed 24 victories in his seven years in NASCAR's top series dating to 1999, second only to Jeff Gordon during that time. He has never finished worse than seventh in the final point standings.

Stewart will race anyone, anywhere, anytime -- and in any type of machine -- as his championships in the IRL, USAC (four) and go-karts (three) attest. He twice competed in the Indianapolis 500 and Coca-Cola 600 on the same day, amassing 2,190 miles in the four races and finishing no worse than ninth in any of them.

Stewart's racing career dates to 1978 when he began karting at age 7. Two years later he was a local champion before taking his go-kart to the national level and winning titles in 1983 and 1987.

Stewart moved to three-quarter midgets and eventually the USAC series, when he followed his rookie of the year season in 1994 by becoming the first driver to win the circuit's Triple Crown with National Midget, Sprint and Silver Crown titles in 1995. Stewart has never lost touch with his roots and occasionally races Midgets when his schedule permits.

After two years in the IRL, which also included a rookie of the year in 1996, Stewart made the move in 1999 to NASCAR and the Busch Series with Joe Gibbs Racing.

Stewart won his first Cup race at Richmond International Raceway in September 1999 and followed that with two more victories and a pair of second-place finishes in the final nine events to earn top rookie honors. He won a personal-best six races in 2000.

Stewart never won the Indy 500 on the IRL circuit, but the Indiana native finally got to kiss the bricks at his designated "home" track when he won the All State 400 at the Brickyard in August 2005.

Stewart came to Ft Wayne late last year AFTER winning the Nextel Cup to race midgets on an indoor track. That was his only reason for being here. He avoided the media and autograph seekers, saying that all he wanted to do was race. This has nothing to do with today's unfortunate exhibition - and IMO he deserves whatever the consequences may be - but I think it's cool when a guy reaches the top of the mountain yet never strays from his roots.

When he says as he did on National TV that Matt started it but I finished it, he admits that he intentionally sent another driver spinning at 190 mph. He is lucky that there were no serious consequences to any of the other drivers as Kenseth came spinning across the track and just missed several other drivers.

Stewart could cause serious injury or death with that approach and I don't see it as a part of driving.

And George, I don't see him as hands down the best driver out there. He has a long, long way to go to match Jeff Gordons record or class.
