Just goes to show you what inspirational and caring coaching gets you = a 8-4 team that was PATHETIC LAST YEAR!

I'm so proud of these kids. It took them a 1/2 season to get it, but they did.

    You were right Buck T.

Anyway, we're down to 3 matchups: FSU, GTech, Clemson.

    Clemson...doesn't grab me at all

FSU...well I think that's our best chance for a win, but they don't look like the contenders of old.

The Rambling Wreck however, now that's an interesting match. The last time we met them in a bowl game (1991) We had the standard for NU offensives; Smash mouth option FB, while they had future NFL coach Bobby Ross running a pro-set style.

17 years later, the tables have turned. Yep, that's the game I want to see.

I'm with you Husker.....seeing your boys face a grind-em up, relentless option attack on the other side of the los would be entertaining. Again, Congrats to Bo and the Husker family.

Should be a good game no matter who your opponent will be. I like Ga.Tech a lot, I've always loved that Service Academy Style of the triple option offense. To me that's college football at it's best.

Please, get the noles and crush them.

Having said that, GaTech would be an interesting opponent and that will give the Gator Bowl a relatively local draw for the game.

Sounds like it's gonna be CLEMSON.

The last time we played them (1982) they were given the Death Penalty by the NCAA shortly afterwards. BTW, that's they only time we've matched up against them.

OK SEC Guru's, how do my Huskers stack up against the Tigers?

uh not to disappoint you or anything but Clemson is in the ACC so our SEC Gurus wouldn't really have any first hand knowledge!! :)

They have some talent, but I haven't watched them since Bowden Jr was canned, so I'm not sure is they are actually using it.

I'd say you guys should have a good chance to get the XII a win!

    PSSSHHHTTTZZZTTTPPFFFAAAHHHH!!!!!......Close enough Doc...

...but I already knew that Doc. Seems sometimes that us Northern boys better get the Souths impression on things before we discuss anything south of the Mason/Dixon line.

They have a great pair of running backs but not much else stands out. Their OL doesn't really help them out. Decent run defense and a soso qb.
