I heard a lot about how the Gators could not stop McFadden and what a great pair of running backs Arkansas had and how the Gator offense wouldn't work in the SEC.

Guess what, true freshman Percy Harving out rushed both of them. Maybe both of them combined. I am pretty sure he had more total yardage than both them combined.

But hey the above probably sounds more negative than I meant it too but I really don't feel like editing it. I just got home from my daughters house where we watch all the away Gator games with her and her family. And I'm estatic, the Gators are truly back.

I can't think of a coach, and that includes Spurrier, that I would rather have coaching the Gators right now.

Percy Harvin, Tim Tebow, Brandon Spikes, all true freshmen that contributed a great deal to the success of this Gator Team next year and are going to be a big part of our future.

How many of you Notre Dame fans will be going to your bowl game?

Give cridit where the real credit is due. The Gator special teams tonight were the difference. Hell they only scored 2 TDs, went for it with a fake punt at the 15 and made it (the turning point in the momentum) Coupled with their play in the SC game and they're the no.1 reason that the Gators are where they are.

I was busy today so I didn't see the game. But congrats to the Gators here I support you for a spot in the NC game with Ohio State. :) :)

I see that you guys are having another banner recruiting year inspite of not getting the RB who just verbaled to ND. I think you are #2 right behind Texas, couple with what was there from Zook, and what Meyer brought in last year. You are certainly sitting very well talent wise. Next year with a QB who Meyer can run the Utah version of the Spread Option it will be interesting to see what kind of offense you have.

Thanks Terry, but the only reason we would be ahead of Notre Dame in the recruiting rankings is that we have more recruits right now. I follow the Scout rankings and while Notre Dame has less recruits than Florida their average star ranking is higher.

And in the end I imagine we will have about the same number of recruits.

Congratulations Gator Bill, MCG, GaterFanz and any "Closet" reptilians lurking on these BBs. You guys came through under the bright lights.

I expect Michigan goes to the NC but you did all you could do to get there. If so, see you in the the Sugar! :D

It's all up the voters now isn't it?

The Sagarin Poll is out and Michigan is number 2 and Florida number 3.

I guess I'll just get ready and go to church.

But thanks George, and if it's Florida and Notre Dame in the Sugar Bowl that sould be a great matchup.

Wish A Allen had committed to UF but

<t>against one of the top teams and best run defenses in Florda 5A HS football, litt;e Chris Rainey rushed for 330+ yards on 21 carries.<br/>
    <br/>
With P Harvin, C Rainey, J Haden, M Williams, J Fayson, K Moore, and T Tebow in position to carry the ball in 2007, I can understand a tailback looking for opportunities at other schools. Plus, it seems like Joe Haden's younder brother will be on campus on Jan 2008, too.<br/>

Hope AA heals nicely and has a good career in S Bend.</t>
