    Oh my....It's just a game!! Most students won't even be in Pasadena, they'll watch it on TV. Will they get another week if they win? :)

    I'm telling you people, and Corey can back me up on this as a non-native southerner, football isn't a sport in the South, it is a way of life! 8)

    There is no doubt. I got your back Tom. Football is truly King in the South. I didn't always appreciate that, but now I clearly do.

    You say that with pride, Tom, and in some ways I understand...

    But...priorities...maybe that's why 'Bama is ranked 96th in the US N&R list of universities.

    While true Stu,

    There aren't many Bama law graduates (if they steer clear of the wrong side of the law) that are ever hurting for a dime in the South.

    While I understand that, and rightfully so, there are universities are ranked higher.. If a guy is a Bama grad in the South, it won't hurt him... Now will it help him in CA? Maybe not.. but I'd bet most that go to Bama stay in and around the region.
