    Some statistics...

    Aggies:

    Total offense #12 469 yds/gm
    Scoring offense #21 34.9 ppg
    Total defense #55 362 yds/gm
    Scoring defense #41 22.1 ppg

    Nebraska:

    Total offense #22 437 yds/gm
    Scoring offense #17 35.4 ppg
    Total defense #6 292 yds/gm
    Scoring defense #10 17.5 ppg

This might lead you to believe NU has a large defensive advantage, and they might.
However, consider that the A&M defense has faced the following offenses to date:
    #1, #7, #9, #11, #28, #39, #40

Nebraska's sched isn't quite as daunting.
They did play #1 OSU, after that the next best is #40 Mizzou and it falls from there.

I think it's going to be a great game, assuming some of my guys can get off the training table. We are pretty dinged up right now...

I think that they gave up 41 points to OSU and you guys only gave up 35 to that same team is pretty interesting. To beat the Huskers you just have to contain Martinez, if you can't do that you're dead. They are unpredictable in the passing game, stone hands at times from wide open WR's.

    to add to that thought:
NU gave up 500 yards to OSU...
We only gave 350 (plus a measly 5 turnovers!).

(in my best Eastwood, a.k.a, Gunny Highway)....

...well, well, well, well,....I'm here to all of you Aggies that Imagination land as you know it is about to cease to exist....you might as well all go out tonight thru Friday, party it up, think about visions of grandeur...wave the foam fingers of #1....or whatever it is that makes you feel good about the approaching storm....so get rid of it, remind yourself that your used to it....because at 1900 hrs CST......your ass belongs to NEBRASKA...

BTW Scooter, this ain't last years BB Game we talked **** about....this is a mans game coming up.....and since your a stats type of guy....NU gave up a Blazing 87 total yards to KU in our last outing....you guys did what?....you're only as good as your last test right?......

Now I beg you Scooter....after coming off an ankle injury, why do you think they were being careful with Martinez?.....couldn't possibly be this weeks road game could it.... :?:

    Fact....UT own's NU.....ain't got a dog in that fight....

Reality.....NU owns the rest of the state. So we give a little.....here's an example.....OU has the all time series lead on NU, buuuuutttttttttt.....the #1 and #2 ALL TIME greatest teams......well.....what is understood, doesn't need to be discussed..... :p

Besides guys...taking the subject title into consideration.....if you were in Vegas....would you bet on a cute little lassie collie.....or a creature that's willing to devour bugs for nurishment until the next real meal arrives....in this case....a cute little collie dog.....

THE ONLY REASON I'M NOT GOING TO MISS THE B12 100% IS BECAUSE NEXT YEAR I HAVE TO DEAL WITH....

    Don
    Bobda
    BT
    Sid (Closet Hoosier Homer)
    STU
    STU's Cat
Jiffer (Because he actually believes Brown Univ is in the B10)
Doc (Because he's a former Squid and takes every opportunity to piss off a Jarhead)
Corey and JOCO.......just because....when we beat UM and MSU...they'll be be more jealous than pissed.....
Gipper....only because he wishes he had the golf game that I........taught my son to have....

    Did I forget anybody?

Scott you hearing any rumours that your DCoord may leave after the season to go back to Air Force if the USAFA coach takes the Colorado job?

I beg you to explain why you needed TM at ALL against KU??
    They are simply bad.
Oh... that's right. You didn't have him for ISU, and that one almost went south on ya.

Uh AJ... this doesn't exactly elicit the "flight" response...

    Terry,

That was known when we hired him.
I'd be very surprised if the AFA coach takes the CU job... it's a train wreck right now, and not likely to get better for a while.
    (their facilities SUCK)

We'll cross that bridge when we get to it.

I know he won't be leaving for lack of a paycheck. He's gonna get a BIG raise from A&M.

DON'T BE DISSIN' ON LIL' RED....That's a renowned voodoo mechanism we incorporate....there is no other mascot in CFB that creates the creeps like lil' Red can....besides, he's the only mascot that can stand and jump on his head that I know of.....that takes talent pal.

TM missed a game and a half....he needed the snaps....basic pkg was implemented by Watson to save him for this Saturday.....it's called coaching Scooter.....

-4 for NU outa Vegas Today BTW.....all you all in?
