Absolutely untrue!!!!!!!! To have bad water, we must first have water... Even though a rain storm came through last night, we are still on severe water restrictions with $2000 fines written any time you are seen watering your lawn on any day other than your designated day. For me, it is Saturday before 07:00 and after 19:00. Same fine for washing your car except at commercial car washes between the hours of 12:00 and 18:00.
