The game looked similar to last year's blowout in Eugene and Chip Kelly used the same strategy. The Duckies isolated WRs and TBs one-on-one with cornerbacks and the Stanford corners couldn't handle it. One move and they were gone. Oregon tried the same strategy against LSU, but it didn't work, because the LSU corners are so good, they could handle everything man-to-man. Isolating them in the scheme didn't matter.

These Ducks are fast, fast, fast! So how good are LSU's CBs? Yikes!

Didn't see the game, but the score pretty much say's it all. Stanford is a very good team, the Ducks just seem to have way too much speed for them.

It will be interesting to see how the Ducks fare vs USC. USC at least on offense is loaded with speed as well.

It was an odd game because Stanford controlled the line of scrimmage on both sides of the ball. The problem with playing Stanford is that you can't turn the ball over. Against LSU, it was Oregon's true freshman who was a turnover machine and handed the Tigers the game.

This game, Stanford just gift wrapped for them. JOCO has it right though, their game plan is to draw you into iso man on man matchups. The difference between LSU and Stanford is the DBs.

Who do you give the edge to in the USC/Stanford game? Barkley is playing extremely well now and he had 2 NFL WR's with blazing speed.

I think I'll take Oregon in that, but I don't know for sure. USC is playing well. I think USC can win the war at the line, but we'll see if their skill set can play man with Oregon.

USC has three fast guys. Oregon has 33 fast guys. I think the Ducks will outscore them.
