Cain drew a line in the sand last evening with his press conference. Now its put up or shut up time for the accusers.

The whole thing stinks and is symbolic of why most Americans detest politicians and what they represent ( it sure as hell isn't us ).

I'd lay the odds as even at this point whether the Democrats or Republicans are behind this. They both have compelling reasons to want to get Cain out of the way.

The lady pictured above has a history of filing these charges.....

WASHINGTON (AP) - A woman who settled a sexual harassment complaint against GOP presidential candidate Herman Cain in 1999 complained three years later at her next job about unfair treatment, saying she should be allowed to work from home after a serious car accident and accusing a manager of circulating a sexually charged email, The Associated Press has learned.
Karen Kraushaar, 55, filed the complaint while working as a spokeswoman at the Immigration and Naturalization Service in the Justice Department in late 2002 or early 2003, with the assistance of her lawyer, Joel Bennett, who also handled her earlier sexual harassment complaint against Cain in 1999. Three former supervisors familiar with Kraushaar's complaint, which did not include a claim of sexual harassment, described it for the AP under condition of anonymity because the matter was handled internally by the agency and was not public.

No, the issue I raised was the disparate media coverage and treatment of the claims of harassment by Cain -v- the claims of actual rape, adultery and other gross sexual misconduct on the part of the impeached ex-president. It's just absurdly hypocritical that's all and part and parcel as to why the public is tuning out these media outlets more and more each day as clearly evidenced by their continued deterioration in viewership.

Discrepancy? Why do you say that?

Herman Cain is black candidate who has been villified by Sharpton and Jackson since he announced for office. Obama was praised as a messiah by the same two. Cain is being judged on heresay that is is 14 years old. Clinton had a host of named accusers and evidence against him for the same shenanigans in real time and women loved him for it; he was the original bad boy with a wink in his eye. The National Organization of Women defended him! Even his own wife enabled him in the name of political expediency.

Did anyone watch that circus of a debate last night? Forget Perry, I'm not sure Texas will even let him back in when he finally throws in the towel.

How about Maria Bartiromo? What was she so angry about? The tone of her voice throughout was scornful and nasty? Media bias? nah!

I did not see the debate, but I've listened to Maria Bartiromo on CNBC while driving. Her voice always has an edgy tone to it.
