what goes unmentioned is that Vandy's 3rd down offense was effected greatly by this as that kid is their best WR and was knocked out of the game on the play. The ejection wasn't enough in this case, IMHO.
Well, honestly, you shouldn't have to worry about a shot that cheap. I know some of my skybox brothers here have taken exception to this, but that's why I still don't mind a good old fashion dusting up that clears the benches. There are some things you should get your ass kicked for... and that's one of them. And it's the fear of getting your ass kicked that prevents that kind of stuff. The worst thing that will happen to this kid is what?? He was tossed and will sit out the next game? In one play, one very illegal play, he changed the entire complexion of the game by knocking out Vandy's top WR.
