    OK I see now. Do they have a lot of cops along that trail to discourage bike/sports cars adventures

    Due to the mountainous terrain and not many places to pull over and run radar, there are very few places for them to do so. The places that they are able to run radar are well known to most. To others that don't know, there is a map:

    We pick up Cindy's trike tonight. The dealer just sent us a pic to show that it indeed has arrived. They are doing the safety inspection and we pick it up around 6 p.m.

    Only ran the bikes for 50 miles tonight. Ran into a major roadblock... Our sales person, Pete Dixon, texted me to inform us that there was Karaoke happening at Snuffy's Place... a little hole in the wall bar in Hutto. We were about a mile from the place when the message came in... No we were not looking at text while driving. I got the message sitting at a red light. Anyone that knows Cindy will tell you how much she loves to sing.

    We stayed there for a couple of hours and came home.

    Tomorrow, is a planned trip Almost to Shreveport and back on hwy 79. She should be ready to solo by the time we get back.

    I had fun on the trike then got to sing karaoke. It was a good day.... :lol:
    I love my trike. Didn't know how much I would til we did a little riding this evening.

    What do you mean you will be the challenger?

    Are you riding your bikes all the way there or hauling them?

    That's a nice map I haven't seen before, I need to keep it.

    For this trip we are just taking the Challenger. November weather in Tn can be pretty unpredectable as you know. And I'm not that practiced on the trike yet.

    2011 Dodge Challenger SRT-8, stick shift, bad mother HEMI engine car. Too far for this novice rider to go on the Trike. :wink:
    But I did finish the break in mileage on my Harley's engine today. 504 miles in 5 days. And did I have fun doing it... :lol:

    My sleep patterns are still on US time. Came home from the class on Monday at 5 p.m. and crashed in the hotel room. Just now woke up at midnight. Gotta be out front of the hotel at 7 a.m. for my ride to Tuesday's class.

    I think I got it. So you are going there to ride the Dragon in your car on Nov 6? How long you going to be in the area?

    Are you taking in a football game on the trip? I see the Vols play Middle Tenn State the day before but S. Carolina the week before.
