I haven't said much about this issue except that I would welcome the Aggies to the SEC and yes do hope they come.

However these threats of lawsuits are amazing. Last year Nebraska and Colorado leave, pay their $$$ and leave. Now the rest of the Big 12 want to force the Aggies to stay!

No matter what happens I doubt Texas A & M stays in the Big 12. And I would also bet they end up in the SEC. It may take longer but my money says it will happen.

And if I was another major conference I would be very careful inviting Baylor into my conference.

Scott, you seem to be very much in the know and I hope you are right with what you are saying and end up with the SEC. We obviously would welcome you with open arms.

    Terry,

Did you also hear the sage Boone say that the XII would survive because of EQUAL shares for all?
Yeah, like that is ever going to happen.
    Boone don't know sh!t.

    Thanks Bill.
From everything I'm being told we are LEAVING.
The only question is when, and the exact means. I've heard we are exploring going independent for a year if necessary...

Baylor has very little moral or legal ground to stand on. Too many teams have changed conferences in the past (including Baylor!) for this to hold up in court. They know that... they are just trying to delay the inevitable.

They have completely burned any chance at getting into an AQ conference with this little tantrum... so I can't wait to see them boo hoo when they join the Sunbelt!!

They've never had a chance of getting into an AQ conference to begin with....remember Anne Richards is dead.

Yup, Baylor had the 'sucks to be you' mindset in throwing their old SWC brothers under the bus when they left for the Big12..

Right now, the Big12 is on the verge of becoming the most laughable conference in the land. I mean, really, they are trying to force someone to stay against their will. Even the casual fan can listen to A&M's case for leaving and understand why.

    It's just laughable.
