It's not over, and anything can happen but I gotta say WOW.

Kinda like TCU, they lost a LOT.

Auburn will battle Ole Miss for the cellar of the SEC West. They may not win a game in their division. From what I saw today, Miss State, LSU, Alabama and Arkansas are going to hammer them... badly.

After the game, the very disappointed Utah State coach said that his team was "bigger, faster and better" than Auburn. You know what? He was right. That's what I saw and this was the most shocking game of the weekend for me. Utah State is a traditional WAC doormat. In recent years they've been ranked among the worst programs in the nation and this year they're picked to finish 5th in the WAC...just ahead of San Jose State, Idaho and New Mexico State...

Auburn is in a heap o'trouble.

I don't know about all that. Auburn has about 6 kids who are bigger, faster and stronger than anything Utah State has ever had. If they were those things, they would have held a 10 point lead in 3 minutes left.

The difference between Utah State and Auburn was not that much though and that was shocking to me. Utah State's true freshman QB was fantastic.

Also, I'm going to pull a Dave here..

Auburn's clock operator is a shameless cheater. That was just awful. I don't think it cost Utah State the game, but Jesus. A full 10 seconds ran off the clock AFTER the officials signaled TD. When they reviewed the play, I thought they'd correct it but they didn't. I watched the replay of the game earlier and for sure, it happened. They also ran the clock down on the following plays. For Utah State.. that's just laughable.

I know what I saw and Utah State's offensive line manhandled Auburn and pushed them around like little kids all day long...

I was speaking more of their RBs and WRs.. a few guys in the defensive front 7... but you are correct, Utah State ran right at Auburn most of the game that I saw with great success.

Utah St. is a joke here in Utah. UTAH. That national bastion of behemoth football talent. If Utah St. is a joke up here, then my inclination is to believe Auburn is going to be way, WAY, down this year. As has been voiced by a few on this board, I don't see where they will get six wins to even go bowling by the end of the year.
