Scott is always talking about the Big Cigars, I wonder if this guy is one of them? Of course it is that well respected media outlet the Barking Carnival.
Also says BYU and ND talking to B12....not buying that.

What an absolute pile of steaming fluff...

The guy grabs a few "truths", and spins them off into magical fantasy.

True, Baylor is trying really hard to keep us in the XII, or at minimum get a committment to keep playing them.
This will stop us like putting a penny on the track stops a train...

The Aggies lawyers, along with SEC and Big12-3 are working out the details/penalties behind the scenes.

It is true we want out by Sept 1, but not because of fees, but to allow scheduling into the SEC for 2012.

Of course they'd like to have ND and BYU, but I seriously doubt there's any chance of getting ND.

Smoke is swirling that A&M has given official notice to Beebe and the XII that we intend to vacate...

From what I heard, the reason the brakes were put on the A&M move was because the SEC feared a lawsuit from the Big12 or Big12 member institutions. It's not that the SEC is really 'scared' but rather would take their time and do something right.

I am betting that A&M to the SEC is a done deal and there's just nothing anyone can do to stop it. If you're going to try to out-legal the conference that has been pulling the strings of college football for more than 15 years, you're in for a surprise. It's their dance.
