 This kind of reckless stupidity leaves me speechless... <object><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/3wAjpMP5eyo?version=3"><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"><param name="allowScriptAccess" value="always"><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/3wAjpMP5eyo?version=3" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowfullscreen="true" allowScriptAccess="always" width="640" height="390"></object>
I call BS. The velocity required to catapult a full grown man of say 160 to 180lbs could not be generated from that slide or angle.. Also, even if you found some crazy super lube that allowed him to build that sort of momentum, the velocity he would have needed to travel a good 200 to 300 feet would have annihilated that swimming pool when he landed in it.. He would have either smashed his legs, assuming the pool was reinforced (which it was not) or ripped a hole right through the inflatable pool... or worse yet, come in flat and skip off the water into the hillside.. This coming from someone who does incredibly stupid things for fun... No way that's real.
8) On the other hand... This video did remind me of you and your old high school buddies. It's probably a fake, but that doesn't mean you clowns wouldn't have attempted the same thing...
 Snopes calls this false: http://www.snopes.com/photos/advertisements/megawoosh.asp Its from a Microsoft/German advertisement.
Oh you are entirely correct. It's not that it is impossible. This is the problem in this day and age of computer animation... People 'dream' inside a screen.. That can be done, they just didn't dream big enough.
