Here is an article on McCourt's press conference claims and MLB's refutations. It's a lengthy article, but as a baseball fan I found it to be an interesting read.

 the man was on stock channel this morning defending himself saying he didnt break any rules. He was disgusting the fans want him gone. he has sold our players down the river. no one is at the games they havent sold out not one game season tickets are down to 17000 maybe a third of what it should be and he has destroyed our minor league players. If he shows up at Dodger stadium again I think it would be a mob sceneand I dont think the police would even stop the fans. He was so arrogant. he only wants the property not the team. funny thing is so that as a historical landmark the city could claim emminet domain. on it... wouldnt that be funny... He doesnt say anything about his Cancer charities that he kept the money . very little if any went to the different charities he claims ... I hope they take it all away. and the fox deal in the papers here said they have no firm deal w. McCourt. I am glad they have sent in someone to protect the team.
