You mean each and every American who has worked hard all of his/her life and out of each paycheck has paid social security and medicare taxes?
How would you grade the President's performance on the budget issue? Do you approve of his recommended budget that has a gaping deficit, adds $1 Trillion of additional debt on the backs of the us citizens and proposes to DOUBLE the amount of the national debt in short order? Do you approve of his approach to completely ignore the entitlement issues that are at the core of structural deficits and all parties agree are completely unsustainable on their present course? Should we not expect the Chief Executive to make an effort to address the nations problems that if left unresolved can bring down the house? Why exactly is he there? What exactly did we hire him to do? On a side note, the majority of voters polled approve of the GOP's approach to handling the budget crisis and its apparent that the Lib/Dems approach of ignoring these issues and kicking the can down the road has and will cost them severely.....as I said, he may well get re-elected, but it's clear that he's not going to be able to play by his rules any longer....the people are calling for solutions.
The sooner the GOP can produce a viable candidate the sooner Obama starts playing defense and looking as inept as he really is.
