Hey! That's not funny. You need to stay healthy for those grandkids. Keep playing golf. Unlike Terry and me, your golf game is good enough to keep your blood pressure stable.
 heard you guys have another snow day sorry it is in the 70 but we have Santa Ana winds blowing 40-50 mph gusts so its a bad allergy day here think I would take the snow
You want the snow Diane???Come on over...ill give you mounds...payoff is next Tues/ wed they are forcasting a Killer Blizzard for northeast!!
8) thanks but I'll keep the blue sky and 70 if I want to see snow I look out behind my house I can see the mountains to the north (about 6 miles) I can see all the snow I want .. the peak behind my house is over 12000 feet. in fact the whole mtn range behnd us is high most of the snow though is gone was down to 2500 feet about a week ago
dont remember a winter like this...15 inches overnight on top of what we already have. State is shut down tight.ElNino and the jet stream just keep the storms coming. Big problem now is where to put the snow. To add insult, another storm coming fri and a big one Saturday and then Tuesday.
omg george..you bailed out just in time! My sis was up here for a few days and she is safely back in Jupiter! 2 more coming...sat and tuesday!!
Well after dodging most of the big bullets this weather season, we are going to get ours. Got a couple of warmup inches last night expecting another foot or so this evening and tomorrow. My damn garage door couldn't have picked a worse time to come off the track.
Sorry I was worried about you Mike and all our friends in the midwest and east coast.. here it is cool in the 60's but winds up to 75 mph for the next 3 days , Jim will have it rough through the pass to the desert... I take rain and cold over winds.any day Please stay safe good time to stay at home w/ fire in the fireplace... and a good book.
Di don't worry about us. We'll just hunker down tomorrow. Mary and I will just work from home. By Thurs. we'll be good to go. If nothing else, the snow kills the mildew and drives away the weak
Ice coming here. I'd rather get the snow. Last night was 19 degrees and pouring down rain...crazy. Not too much buildup yet but may get 2 inches of sleet and 1/2 inch of ice tonight. During our last bad ice storm 6 years ago we had terrible tree damage, prolonged power outages, deaths from generator misuse, etc. Anyway, everybody stay safe.
We were hit last night with freezing rain and are getting hit even harder again tonight, up to an inch of new ice. Gip's daughter, who lives several miles north of us, also is affected.
