There's no way that Toledo lost that game! I turned it off and came in here to fool around on the computer. What happened?

 

Me too Jim. It was 4th and seventeen with less than a minute to go for FIU. A completed pass and a lateral allowed a first down and a subsequent 35 yard field goal won the game as time expired.

Apparently the first down call to allow the field goal, was questionalbe by some reports

 

Ahh that's what you get for doubting the mighty Sun-Belt conference!!!!

 

Toledo lost the game because I picked them. That's how it's going for me this bowl season. :cry:

Well Blaine Gabbert inspite of an incredible game, makes one stupid throw and it costs me the game!! I have to say that given all the Hawkeye off the field problems since the end of the season I figured them for a mail it in performance, but they came ready to play...still Gabberts throw and the return for TD was the knife that beat me.

Did a little math...the Skyboxers as a group have so far picked 56% correctly...could almost flip a coin.

Of course my 36% rate is helping drag that down. :shock:

And that's just picking winners...imagine trying to pick against a spread.

 

FINALLY I get a break with Syracuse, when it appears most selected K-State. Of course, that far from makes up for blowing my top confidence pick for the 2nd year in a row. Amazingly, both games were in Hawaii... :evil:
