This is ghoing to be a can of worms. While this may be his personal opinion, I think he has chosen a poor venue to state his views. Article on ESPN & CBS

Yeah that will not go over well. Don't know why he'd even bother to comment publicly on it.

I think those two teams, particularly Boise State, are as good as anybody.

Gee really put his foot in it with that bonehead comment. If he really feels that way he should drop Akron and call Boise. They would play in a heartbeat.

I hear you, Don. The Irish are #1 with me. Buckeyes are #1-A. Hate it when either of them do something stupid!

    Happy Thanksgiving my friend.

....been saying that since last June...

Actually if the OSU schedule was say in the top 15 or so they might have a good shot to leap frog TCU/Boise if Oregon or Auburn loses.

Not so much with that schedule ranking.

Michigan won't be much help to that SOS and there is no title game boost that could be provided next season.

Yep...he sure stepped in it. Don't know what he was thinking....he's obviously a very bright and thoughtful man. He's also on record as opposing a playoff system....hard to figure his agenda on this one.
