Well, I've been saying we would lose at least 2 games. Now I am hoping it is just 2 games. Our offensive line needs to man up.

Kp, looks like you were right on target. LSU pretty much dominated the second half.

I hear ya KP....you've been a straight shooter all year about your team. Tough loss but a great football game to watch. I do think that you've got a better football team than Auburn....I like our chances in that game. Best of luck....and let's hope we can do something about this foolish popularity contest now used to annoint a mythical "champion".

    Dammit kp!
I like your kids anyway, but I freakin' HATE Loser State so this one burns my butt a double dose.

Just goes to show how a few big plays can swing a game one way or the other...

Like Les Miles said after his last second victory over Florida at the Swamp.

Just another day in the SEC.

Now we will see if Auburn can hold on.

How about this Scenario. In a Rivalry game Georgia upsets Auburn, then Bama beats Auburn. Meanwhile Arkansas goes the rest of the way which includes beating LSU.

That would make a four way tie in the SEC with, alphabetical order, Auburn, Alabama, Arkansas and LSU all tied with 6 - 2 records.

I have no idea who would win the tiebreaker in that situation. Between the four Alabama and Auburn would be 2 - 1 and LSU and Arkansas 1 - 2.

Bama and Auburn would be 4 - 1 in the division and LSU and Arkansas would be 3 - 2. I don't know if it would then be head to head or higher ranked.

    Bama could squeak it out.

Meanwhile in the East either Florida or S. Carolina will win it with 3 losses.

kp, I think Bama would be the one that makes it. Their division record would be better and they would have defeated Auburn.

Auburn can cinch with a win over Georgia next weekend.

From what I read today Bama would make it under my scenario above.

Alabama and Auburn would have the best division record and Bama would win because they won the head to head.

Auburn can put an end to things Sat.

Damn Bill......I read that and my head exploded.....

So Bama wins in that scenario?

In any event if the Gators continue improvement as they have been since the bye week and look strong vs. SC I will begin to feel UF has a chance in Atlanta.

Strange season.....and possibly a great finish.

In any event I see bowl projections that have Florida playing in Tampa on Jan. 1st.....which suits me just fine.
