This seems like a pretty well thought out analysis of what it will be like post Nov. elections: http://www.newsweek.com/2010/10/25/what-a-gop-takeover-will-mean.html?GT1=43002 This article eliminates all of the hype and outlandish promises.
It's a well though out Liberal analysis. Assuming an agressive Republican House after the elections, they should pass a repeal bill of the Health Care abortion. Force those Democratic Senators up for reelection in 2012 to join Obama in the 2012 bloodbath. Pass an extention of the tax bill. And then shove the saying "party of no" right down their throats. Withhold funding for all their new social wealfare programs. And when Obama tries to get tough, shut down the goverment by not passing a budget bill. The "teebaggers" aren't willing to play ball with Barry anymore. Shove the term "elections have consequenses" back up his ass. And that's my conservative analysis.
All of Obama's "czars", thug groups, Acorns, Chicago Machine buddies, labor bosses, Stimulus co-conspirators, and department heads are going to be hauled before televised Congressional investigations that will make the Spanish Inquisition look like Alice's Tea Party...
This was actually something I saw on MSN.com So.....which right-wing blog do you guys recommend for my "objective" news?
Speaking of Newsweek what's it worth? Just sold. http://www.pastemagazine.com/articles/2010/08/newsweek-sold-for-one-dollar.html Think that they may have overpaid.
The old media lost all credibility long ago. Nobody reads that nonsense anymore. I was given a chance to have 30 copies of the LA Times provided free to my classroom everyday and I rejected it. So did all the other teachers. If there's no truth in it, then it can't be used for any academic purpose. Newsweek or News-speak as it's known has been worthless for years...
