    World Series...
They've been our lovable losers for so long, I don't know what to say.
I'm just glad Tom Hicks gets to watch from the curb!

    Well done lads!

I like this team. Their first-ever presence in the WS reduces the number of never-been-there teams to two, Seattle and Washington (formerly Montreal).

I'm glad we'll be watching a raucous crowd in the AL ballpark, not a bunch of empty seats at Yankee Stadium. I like the Yanks, but I couldn't believe the number of empty seats in the camera's eye during the postseason.

Congrats to the Rangers! Hope they do better than the Astros did when we made our 1st and only WS trip!

Speaking of Astros, Roy Oswalt up today to try and save the Phils!

I will break my long standing tradition and root for the AL this year.

How ironic would it be for the Rangers to win in seven and Cliff Lee wins games 1, 4, and 7? :)

Texas was the better team but the road to the WS still goes through New York.

They will open the checkbook for Cliff Lee.
