    Quite a contrast.

I am at an absolute loss to understand this president.

Seeing JFK in action, cutting taxes to increase employment, reminds me of why so many of us used to be Democrats...

I was a democrat. Voted for Jimmy Carter. That changed me forever. If JFK were around today he would run for the GOP.

Not only do tax cuts create jobs and therefore more tax revenue but they simultaneously reduce the governmengt entitlement expenditures.

This is no mystery. Obama is a socialist at heart. He sees centralized government control of all aspects of our lives as the ideal and in order to achieve that he has to destroy the current system. The quickest way to do that is to run up debt to unsustainable levels which he almost certainly has accomplished in 19 months. I heard the other day that he has run up more debt than Presidents Washington through Reagan combined.

    Speaking of Jimmy Carter...

Poverty levels are now increasing just as fast as they were under ole Jimma...

Do you remember how they had to invent a new word called "stagflation" to describe the phenomenon of having both high inflation and high unemployment at the same time? It's coming...

So Obama has brought the poverty levels almost all the way back to levels that prompted the highly publicized War on Poverty back in the 60's. So how much money was wasted on that fiasco? Trillions.

And his antidote? Tax the "wealthy" . Is this idiot for real? When was the last time you were offered a job by some guy sitting on the street drinking Muscatel from a used brown bag?

And all we ever had to do was cut spending and taxes across the board.
