Go to the walk on list, and find a guy you want. Hit the "pick up player" button. The system will bring up your list of players, and allow you to select who you want to drop.
Stu, Click on your team and then find the add/drop link on the tool bar. You have to drop one to add one and you do it at the same time. What Scott said is probably easier because it has a search function.
