    Makes sense that new teams could emerge.....they do every decade.

    In the 1990s it was UF that came on the scene ( still hanging around )...in the 80s it was Miami and FSU.......

    The article talks about the 2000s.

    What do you guys think?

    Here is my list of up and comers on the national scene in the next decade:

    Hot: Boise, Tenn ( Dooley...you bastard ), Nebraska ( settle down AJ )...and...I have to add Notre Dame...Brian Kelly will get it done in South Bend.

    Possible surprises: Michigan ( end of the decade, Florida State....mid decade )
