At least that's what Obama is now vocalizing and the idea of Bush regurgitated when it comes to the economy doesn't go over too well with likely voters: http://www.cnn.com/2010/POLITICS/08/05/obama.bush.election/index.html?hpt=C1
That's all he's got? That's his plan? That doesn't concern you that "Hope and Change" has turned into "It's not my fault"?
Obama has never stopped campaigning, even after he won. Campaigning he knows, its governing he is clueless on. His obsession with channeling Bush in an attempt to divert attention away from his own miserable administration will be his political epitaph.
When he does attempt to make policy the results are a disaster for our country. Twenty states have now joined together in suing the federal government to stop the insane new health care system. A twenty-first state, Virginia, has sued separately. More states will surely join these law suits after the November elections, with the likely result of a majority of the American states, north and south, suing the national government at Washington D.C. http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20100806/ap_on_re_us/us_health_overhaul_lawsuit
Obama has done a helluva lot....that none of you like. "Nothing" is something you cannot contend that he has done. What this article says is what I have been saying. True or not the perception of the GOP is that they don't care to distance themselves from GWB by coming up with new and innovative ideas. I can't understand why they do not work hard at creating that distance given the results of polls such as this one.. What I hear them say repetitively is the same thing GWB and company were saying 8-9 years ago and the majority of the American public does not like the end result of those policies in consideration of the very poor economy he left behind.
Here is what Obama has accomplished: the United States of Chicago. http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2010/08/06/bailed-firms-spend-millions-political-causes-federal-lobbying/
According to the dims, as of January 2001 Bush was responsible for everything that was wrong even though he had just been sworn into office after 8 years of Clinton. Now19 months into Oboma the dims still say Bush is responsible for everything wrong. Who says you can't have it both ways? This is a very popular item on UTube right now. <object width="640" height="385"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/JVAhr4hZDJE?fs=1&hl=en_US"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/JVAhr4hZDJE?fs=1&hl=en_US" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="640" height="385"></embed></object>
With logic of that type, Kiffin should have been the best coach ever! He did a heck of a lot... none of which you liked... Great coach... Kiffin and Obama... two peas in a pod. :?
When I see a president, I'll decide if I will hurl insults. Until then, I can only do it to the court jester.
