When the B10 splits into two 6 team conferences (6=6=10), the site of the title game may be Green Bay according to ESPN: The warm trade winds coming down from Manitoba and Minnesota and passing over Lake Superior that time of year usually keep the weather in Northeastern Wisconsin rather mild: [/quote]
Texans radio crew always talks about their trip to Green Bay a few years ago, said they had to wear double socks, long underwear, heavy coats, hats, etc...and we're talking radio booth!! I would think that the natural would be to alternate between Detroit and Indy for the game.
Indianapolis yes, Detroit No! I would favor Indy and Chicago. I am surprised at the early interest expressed in this potential title game. Don
So what's wrong with Detroit? Ford Field is a great indoor facility. Four major casinos with very modern nice hotels. I've been to a game at Soldier Field in December. Give me Ford Field any day.
Gipper, Just poking a little fun. I really do not care where the game is, as long as my Buckeyes are one of the participants. Don
I think the Big 10 Championship game should be held in Orlando. I like the Nebraska Hot Tub. Not to use of course but to look at.
Don, Can I assume that you will be safely in front of your TV set rather than out in the weather at Green Bay or Chicago! Hot Toddy in one hand, remote in the other!!
