    That's just absolutely nuts, not necessary and worse will not be evenly enforced. It's going to cause a lot of problems for fans, coaches, everybody who loves college football.

    Agreed! Taunting/celebrating/getting excited about the game does not give you a competitive advantage and should not take points off the board.
