Nothing like a couple of well-placed flying car bombs. Kudos to our Special Forces.

You would hope that he burned to death... slowly but he probably never knew what hit him.

I heard Nick Berg's father interviewed on Fox this morning. He said he was saddened at the loss of another life and had long since forgiven Zarqawi for sawing off his son's head with a butcher knife on TV. He added that he blamed the U.S. and specifically George Bush for his son's death anyway.

It was one of those rare moments where the interviewers were speechless. Let's all say a prayer for Mr. Berg in the hopes that one day he reagins his sanity.

I don't understand it, just like I didn't understand those OKC bombing families who forgave Timothy McVeigh for blowing up all sorts of innocent people including children.

I feel for the guy but wasn't his son there as a contractor? If so, he put himself in harms way.

I see where Kerry and Pelosi think this gives us reason to pull troops by the end of the year. Sure..next time a nest of these "Freedom fighters" (per Cindy Sheehan)is located, we can let the Iraqi Airforce bomb them.

Apparently he was set up by someone in his own organization so they could collect the $25 million.

    He won't be missed.

Last I heard Binnie was holding up in a Motel 6 in southwestern Cleveland. He usually wears a Lebron jersey and Tribe hat.

The Army general in charge of dealing with the media reps said that the information as to Zarqawi's location came from weeks of intense investigation and not from an informant. So there will be no 25m payout. The lead came from surveillance of approximately 18 locations which were attacked when a tip off to Zarqawi was no longer a factor. The stupidity of some members of the media's questions is unbelievable. Wanting to know if Zarqawi had been shot. Was an attempt made to afford him medical attention, since he was still alive when found. Will there be an autopsy to ascertain the real cause of his death. etc. etc. The attempt by some of these reporters to find some fault with the Military in this matter is disgusting. One asked whether consideration had been given to attack with ground forces in an effort to take Zarqawi alive. The gerneral, Bill Caldwell(?) patiently replied that 1. The attack on the safe house was mounted as soon as it was ascertained of Zarqui's presense there in order to prevent his escape. 2. The location was undoubtedly well fortified and a ground attack could have resulted in death or injury to many of the American forces involved. This piece of excrement apparently lived long enought to see a Special Forces uniform before his transition to hell.

Are there virgins in hell? If not, he's going to be awfully disappointed.

I believe in hell, all virgins wear chastity belts and for this clown, they've been beheaded.

Yeah the beauty of this is that Zarqawi did live long enough to see that his executioners were indeed U.S. soldiers.

That was an awesome twist to his departure into Hell.

The virgins he will encounter there are probably virgins for a damned good reason.

They are now sending a crack team of forensic pathologists to assertain if Zarqawi was beaten before he died by the US Military. What a crock of sh$t, I can not believe that is what this has come to...a guy can engineer brutal murders of men, women and children, video them to torture their familes as well. And the press is attempting to cast aspersions on the miltary's handling of this situation.
