Jets are on a roll! I hope the present day Johhny U. has lmore success than the later day Joe Willie Namath in the match up next week.

 

Jets were just physically tougher than the Chargers yesterday. I kept waiting for the vaunted Charger offense to get rolling but it never could.

Not to mention they kept doing really stupid things like that head butt by Sean Phillips and kicking the flag by the WR (which is a really stupid penalty).

Also the top PK in the NFL missed 3 FG's...that would have made a big difference. But even so the Jets deserved to win. That should be an interesing game in Indy.

If the Colt's DE's can get after Sanchez like they did Flacco...I'd say you are right on the money.

 

Missed FGs certainly played a part. So did holding LT to 24 yards rushing, intercepting Rivers several times and beating him like a pinata and opening up some huge holes in the Charger defense.

Don't think for a second that the Colts are a sure thing.

 

Nothing in sports is ever a "sure thing". My heart if not my money will always be on Peyton though.

 

I'm not a Colts fan but I really like watching Peyton play. He plays with such intensity.
