They do raise some points for sure, but can he and Eric Mangini survive together? I mean sure the owner/GM/President whom ever can tell Eric here's your new OCoord and you'd better like it. But that doesn't really sound like a recipe for success. I'd like Charlie as the Bears OCoord to straighten out Cutler or to go to Kansas City where they have a Patriots GM and a ex-Patriots QB already in place and there is no OCoord.

He wasn't a good college coach but he loved ND and in some ways improved he program a lot.<br/> <br/> His obvious strength is OC and I'm sure whether it's Cleveland, Chicago or wherever, he'll do just fine. <br/> <br/> I wouldn't be surprised if he didn't end up back at NE even if for a brief stint. <E></E></r>
