    Buckeyes open season early in Coaches vs Cancer Tournament with a 100-60 win over AlcornState here in Columbus.

    Evan Turner scored a triple double with 17 Boards, 14 points and 10 assists.

    I know it was only Alcorn State, but......WOW! ET with only the second triple double EVER in school history, playing the point had 17 rebounds! Didn't even have the big guy still recovering from the broken hand.....these guys are good.

    We play UNC next week in the Garden.....might surprise alot of folks. You heard it here first .... 8)

    I know I am looking forward to the game! Should be a challenge, but for the first time in a long time, we have some experienced bench strength.

    Hopefully Lauderdale will be able to see some minutes.

    Basketball season already??? I 'm not ready! Rockets off to a better start than I predicted and Irish I have no clue as to whether or not they will be good or average. Texas should be outstanding.
